So they weren’t impulse looters. They’re looters with discriminating tastes.

I wonder how many of these businesses will reopen, and how many will say to hell with it, and to hell with Ferguson.

Then they will wonder why there are no businesses in their town. They will wonder why they can’t have convenience stores, gas stations, supermarkets. The race baiters will blame that on racism, not on the fact that we see this is an area prone to violence.

Store owner needs to relocate away from the jungle.

In less than a year the black residents of Ferguson will be crying about the racist store owners who closed down and never reopened or who moved their business to a different location.

Other stories say that many of the latest looters are from other states who come just to cause trouble and loot.

The race baiters will blame that on racism, not on the fact that we see this is an area prone to violence.

In other words, things are proceeding according to the Poverty Pimps' plan.

Those store owners didn’t build their businesses. Somebody else did that. They should be grateful for the opportunity to pay somebody else back.

They’re looters with discriminating tastes.

They were looking for value, ways to stretch their budgets. Bargain basement prices, especially when in the range of $Ø, do attract these customers.

And these businesses probably dealt with a high rate of shoplifting to begin with. I cannot tell you how many posts on articles have responded to the liquor store video with “it was only shoplifting. what’s the big deal?”

Yeah, but the big dummies missed out on all the cash-back points they could've racked up by using their Chase QuickSilver card.

It wouldn't surprise me if a lot of these people didn't try to return their merchandise for a refund if the store does re-open.

The costs of these looters won’t end with a store or two in Ferguson.

I used to be in the insurance business. Property and Casualty Insurance companies are very attuned to risk management. If they believe that exclusions for riots aren’t sufficient then they will be very leery of insuring properties all over the country that might be exposed to this type of risk.

The resulting risk management could result in higher premiums or simply refusing to insure properties which are in high risk areas. It could lead to calls for a federally funded insurance pool for these risks.
