Not really, Buck V. Bell became law in the United States. It’s Not Hard to see why if our Politicians and Lawyers were educated at Yale and had that Gizmo out in the front Lobby.

I went to my family reunion last week. I have a second cousin who is what used to be called "slow". Over the years he has been losing his sight until now he is legally blind. He has a job, a studio apartment and he rides the bus to where ever he wants to go. The church runs a van service to pick up people who can not drive and take them to church. He loves going to ball games, even though he can't see the game he can hear it.
Quality of life?
He has it.

Parents of many having a down syndrome child have stated they learned about pure LOVE from such a child. The ones commenting were blessed by the process of having such a child.
God does not make mistakes! God is love. God is good, let us thank God everyday, for this day. Tell others of the grace of God! Amen. Amen.
