” could been
yeah, glad your teens were so well
behaved”
People should be careful with the assumptions of perfection in themselves, their kids(especially), and their own.
There was a Christian woman I heard of some years ago. She was hard on everyone. She took note of every error and sin, with the superiortiy complex worthy only of Obama.
Then her teen daughter became pregnant. The human failings of her family became obvious. So mom put a gun in her mouth out of shame.
Not shame at her daughter, but she couldn’t deal with people knowing how hard on them she had been. Now? Either return fire or pitty and understanding.
“People should be careful with the assumptions of perfection in themselves, their kids(especially), and their own.”
You don’t have to be ‘perfect’ to not drive and drink.
Besides, when you use a fake ID you are also putting the business at risk, not to mention the person that serves you the drinks.
” no I am a mom who is sick of the cops
making mistakes
Have you been demonstrating in
Ferguson?”
Uncalled for. Ferguson is only one small part of the LE.
Would you like a list of cop mistakes? I can do one off the top of my head with ease. If you are a glutton for punishment, i can do research to add to the list.
The point went completely over your head.
The drunk would have been just fine without their intervention....WTF are you going off about?
“The point went completely over your head.”
Drunks Driving Kills.
Sorry. Hit the wrong cube. It was meant for yldstrk or whomever. Apologize.
“uncalled for?”
That’s called running away from your own position.
uncalled for?
Thats called running away from your own position.”
Uncalled for? Yes. It was an insulting remark, assuming what you want to assume about the woman saying it, base purely on your opinion of her position of concern for the hazards LE now present to the public.
You have no idea how she viewed the Ferguson situation. You chose her view for her, based on nothing but her lack of absolute trust and support for cops.
1. There are a LOT more issues with cops than Ferguson. The kid killed for holding a wii, anal probes of innocent people, Dorner hunt nonsense, burning two kids with flashbangs, the list goes on far to long.
2. You adopted the traditional attitude of “Support everything cops are doing, attitudes, excesses, or you are just anti-cop and anti-law.”
Nonsense. That is the traditional defense of cops lately. The “Who will you call?” attitude. It is possible to believe in the concepts of police, and not accept the current behavior and attitudes of police. Concept vs execution.
Cops are not above public scrutiny, or public opinion. They exist to serve US, not us serving them. People are rightly concerned about what LE is doing lately, and how out of control and incompetent they’ve become. These are people who can affect our lives. We aren’t giving them a blank check.
“Thats called running away from your own position.”
And what position is it that you think I have taken? I have expressed only one thing. I don’t trust them to investigate the events honestly. Anyone who does trust them to do so is a fool. I don’t trust cops. I don’t think they have any honor or integrity. And I think the Blue Line game of theirs makes it impossible to trust them to police each other.
That isn’t the attitude of a criminal. That is the attitude of a law abiding citizen tired of arrogant, abusive, and criminal behavior by cops.
And if you and cops don’t like that, though. Cops earned that reputation, for failure to police their own. For covering their own. For criminal acts that should have been punished. They are as bad as any street gang when it comes to protecting their own trash.
And none of my opinions have any bearing on hers.
