Obama is showing his natural tendency to micro-manage by pursuing an investigation of one ISIS killer, and ignoring the ISIS organization to which the killer performed the orders of the ISIS organization to behead James Foley.

The ISIS killer was just doing his job, similar to the Japanese pilot who dropped the first bomb on Pearl Harbor in 1941.

BTW, did FDR ever use Hoover’s FBI to hold that one Japanese pilot accountable?
