As most FReepers are aware, after accounting for the donations of our loyal monthly donors, the amount listed above is what Free Republic needs in order to keep this cherished site available for all of us.

I'm no great math genius, but it seems that if a paltry 1780 more FReepers (out of the many many thousands that regularly visit here) donated $10 per month, FReepathons would be an ancient memory.

I love this site, the information I obtain here, and the dear friends I have made over the years. It just seems to be a no-brainer that I would give back to those that have given me so much.
