Though the document focuses on the Texas-Mexico border, Breitbart Texas has confirmed that federal agents across the entire US-Mexico border have received the ISIS terror warning.

I drive through the border checkpoint on I-5 through camp Pendleton 3 times a week. They slow us down and wave us on after glancing in the car.
