A 16-year-old in South Carolina is suing the state's Department of Motor Vehicles because the agency won't allow the teen to take a driver's license photo wearing makeup.
Chase Culpepper, who was born male, regularly wears makeup and either androgynous or women's clothing. The teen does not identify with gender-specific pronouns. Culpepper told reporters Tuesday that being ordered by officials to remove what they called a disguise was humiliating.
The lawsuit filed in federal court Tuesday says the DMV violated the teen's rights.

OK it seems that he was raised off just his mother who seems to have some mental issues herself by letting her son do this.

All I know is that there is no father about for this boy, his mother seems to have issues to let her son do this, and the boy I saw being raised as a girl was so screwed up in the head back then it would not surprise me that he has ran off or suicide
If Chase is told to remove make-up, it might become an across-the-board directive that ALL persons need to remove all make-up.
This cannot be born! At my age, make-up is for the benefit of others as well as myself. I told my husband that I've moved on to spackle from Home Depot instead of any sissy Cover Girl, etc product. Also, it's taking a lot longer to get out the door in the mornings. :)
Had an encounter with one of these today “manning” the register at one of the local big box stores. Nothing bad happened but it’s difficult sometimes to keep a straight face while thinking to yourself, “This is supposed to be a girl. Yeah, sure...”

I thought that was a member of that British BOY Band called One Direction. Eventually, the DMV may have Transgender printed on the Driver’s License or I.D. card as an actual gender, recognized in a court of law. Until then, east is east and west is west.

Now this boy is loving all the attention he is getting, and lets not forget that his license will be legal for a few years, and that is when he will have to shave etc.
You can’t just change your appearance to another sex because you think you are that sex.

I was reading a story about the old west about families that traveled by stagecoach across the country, hunting and surviving along the way.
I put that story down and came straight to FR and see a modern-day teenager... a boy... crying because he cannot dress up like a girl.

My voice had pretty much changed by the time I was 16. Maybe he goes the Michael Jackson route, and speaks in a whispered falsetto while in character. I went into a Target Store last week and saw Three Bathrooms, Men, Women and Unisex. My guess is the Unisex remains the cleanest and least used room except during extreme shopping times like Discounted Christmas Bargains.
You know what then mom. Go to court have the sex on his birth certificate legally changed along with all other documents which declare his sex and then go back to DMV. Oh can’t do that? Then he is a he is a he until he is legally declared a she.
