You pay willingly to get screwed by a prostitute. We pay unwillingly to get f***kee by the govt. Time after time after time.

Johns don’t pay the girl for sex. They pay the girl to leave after sex.

Who needs courts and legal system, the police have already convicted and sentenced you, and it can’t be undone.

Agree. I'm OK with doing this, but only AFTER they have been convicted. Until then, there is the presumption of innocence.

The police do not have the right to defame, libel or slander anyone.

Equal protection clause.

Are some crimes not as bad as others?

Are the Sharia Police in charge of morality?

The former are probably often more honest than the latter!

The vast, vast majority of prostitution is with an adult prostitute, whether on the streets, whore houses, massage parlors, call girls, club bar hustlers, or the convention workers, or whatever.

If an off-duty cop is busted for solicitation, will the cops post his name and his photo, too? I doubt it.

Prostitution is an agreement by a “buyer” and a “seller”, that’s non-crony-capitalism, that’s frowned upon here.

Here's how states should handle prostitution:

(1) Raise the prostitution age to 21
(2) Make them register as licensed independent sex workers (self-employed status), and pay an annual fee
(3) Abolish the pimps, the brothels, the escort agencies, and ban postings on Craigslist, Backpage, and alternative newspapers, and create an official state website where prostitutes can advertise their services. Increase prison time for those who prostitute minors or engage in sex trafficking
(4) Enact a dusk-to-dawn only street-walking policy. No daytime streetwalking prostitution.
(5) End law enforcement harassment of both johns and prostitutes.

The women who parade in slut walks on college campuses and in liberal city squares are unlikely to be sex industry workers.

Slut shaming the men for sexual indiscretion is akin to the posting of photos of men who visit strip joints.

Not everyone who is a prostitute is chained to a bed. There are efforts underway to decriminalize the sex workers and pursue punishment (fining) of the “johns”.

Also, are they posting the photos of men caught soliciting other men in park restrooms or just those who are trolling for women on the internet and at known “racetracks”?

I was going to mention that you forgot the taxes. But you alluded to that with your annual fee remark.

Good for you; EEE. In true hypocritical libertarian fashion, you support the devaluing of America, an increase in more taxes, and growing the size and scope of government.

“An official state website”? So the State should be PROMOTING whoredom?
