President Barack Obama would seek to overthrow the regime of Bashar al-Assad if American planes were attacked upon entering Syrian air space, Peter Baker of The New York Times reports.
If Assad's troops fired at American planes entering Syrian airspace, "Obama said he would order American forces to wipe out Syria’s air defense system," Baker reports. "He went on to say that such an action by Mr. Assad would lead to his overthrow, according to one account."

LOL! First, this is a stupid threat because Assad will allow US to destroy his enemies which includes the Rebels who just signed a deal with ISIS. He will not fire on our planes.
Second, Assad wins without firing any shots.
Uhhhhhhhh. So are you saying Syria is not yet a part of the "coalition" to "degrade, destroy and manage ISIS" in Syria?
All the more reason for the “moderate” rebels to shoot at our aircraft, right? We all know Obama going after ISIS in Syria is just cover for him ousting Assad anyway.. Anything to help the Islamists conquer another country!
So in other words, Assad is fixing to shoot at American planes. He just doesn’t know it yet.

I am waiting for a reporter to ask why we are involved in over throwing the Syrian Government. I am not holding my breath.

2) Do we still have the capacity to take out his air defense system? and
3 ) Doesn’t Congress have to declare war on Syria, before we attack Syria?
That's the bottom line, Caliph Obama is only going after ISIS because he sees it as a way to bomb Assad out of power without technically attacking Assad, just his anti-air defenses which will include every single Syrian unit they can claim had a MANPAD at one time.
Time to plan the celebration of the MB taking over Syria and declaring Damascus the seat of the Caliphate until Turkey openly takes over.
I have no doubt that it will be a Russian made missile.
After all the CIA opposed sanctions on Russian arms manufacturers for a reason.
Obama is an illegal alien, America-hating, Muslim supremacist, usurper of the Presidency who desires worldwide Islamic domination, and stated he will support Islam over Western Civilization in general and the United States in particular. Obama’s every action under color of the Presidency has been to do so. ISIS wants to impose a worldwide Caliphate destroying Western Civilization in general and the United States in particular. Assad opposes ISIS.
Looks as if Obama is setting up his excuse to oust Assad and turn over Syria to the ISIS animals...Obama’s personal allies.
