Ukraine's defense minister said on Sunday that NATO countries were delivering weapons to his country to equip it to fight pro-Russian separatists and "stop" Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Valery Heletey told a news conference he had discussed weapons deliveries in bilateral meetings with NATO defense ministers during a NATO summit in Wales on Sept. 4-5.

Are we giving them to the Nazis or the moderate Nazis.
Are you now, or have you ever been, a Putin fanboy?
These weapons are for Ukraine not Russia.
It was meant as a joke aimed our inept government somehow always finding a way to do the exact wrong thing.
Canteens, web belts, C-Rations and boot laces, I presume?
You are correct. Our government is doing the exact wrong thing.
Obama isn't sending arms to Ukraine.
Are there any moderate Nazis in Kiev?
If they need weapons from him they need to form a Sharia Party. They would be there over night.
Correctamundo.
I wasn’t aware of this.
Islam has a long history in Ukraine dating back to the establishment of Crimean Khanate in the 15th century. The majority of followers of Islam in Ukraine are Crimean Tatars who live in Crimea, a peninsula located on the northern coast of the Black Sea. As of 2012 an estimated 500,000 Muslims lived in Ukraine and about 300,000 of them were Crimean Tatars.[1] Today, Sunni Islam of Hanafi school of jurisprudence is the largest minority religion in Ukraine after various forms of Christianity.

“I have nothing against Russian nationalists, or a great Russia,” said Dmitry, as we sped through the dark Mariupol night in a pickup truck, a machine gunner positioned in the back. “But Putin’s not even a Russian. Putin’s a Jew.”
Dmitry which he said is not his real name is a native of east Ukraine and a member of the Azov battalion, a volunteer grouping that has been doing much of the frontline fighting in Ukraine’s war with pro-Russia separatists. The Azov, one of many volunteer brigades to fight alongside the Ukrainian army in the east of the country, has developed a reputation for fearlessness in battle.

Good deal. Time for Putin to start paying the price of building an empire in Russian blood; he’s shamelessly supplied weapons to the rebels. Let his nation feel the same pain.
Indeed, much of what Azov members say about race and nationalism is strikingly similar to the views of the more radical Russian nationalists fighting with the separatist side. "
Because your a Russkie bootlicker who doesn't know anything. Crimean Tatars have been living peacefully in Ukraine for a long time and have a long history of persecution at the hands of the Soviet regime. This is currently occuring again in Crimea, with the Russians responsible for people disappearing and being found in the woods tortured and killed. Others are being systematically intimidated. They are a people very similar to the Kurds, who have also faced long persecution. The Kurds, FYI, are overwhelmingly Pro-American. Just because you're a Muslim doesn't mean you are going to explode tomorrow.
Yes, the Crimea is the historic home of the Tartars. The Russians took it from them. Stalin forced the Tartars to leave and many of them were sent to the GULAG. Eventually, they’ve returned to their home. Of course, Russians believe they’re in charge of all of their neighbors.
During the military occupation of Ukraine by Nazi Germany, a large number of Ukrainians chose to cooperate with the Nazis. Reasons for this generally included resurgent Ukrainian nationalism and aspirations for independence, however these were coupled with rampant racism towards other ethnic groups (such as Tatars, Roma peoples and Poles) as well as a prevailing sentiment of antisemitism. However, the absence of Ukrainian autonomy under the Nazis, mistreatment by the occupiers, and the deportation of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians as slave laborers, soon led to a rapid change in the attitude among the collaborators.
By the time the Red Army returned to Ukraine, a significant number of the population welcomed its soldiers as liberators.[1] More than 4.5 million Ukrainians joined the Red Army to fight Nazi Germany, and more than 250,000 served in Soviet partisan paramilitary units.[2]
