The White House Thursday sternly told the NFL that "it's important that the league get a handle" on players who commit child abuse and domestic violence and that the league must "have a zero tolerance" regarding those issues.

A senior administration official told reporters during a briefing about a new White House public awareness campaign on preventing sexual assaults on college campuses that "the most recent revelations of abuse by the NFL players is really deeply troubling."

Obama seemed to tolerate hanging out with Chappaquiddick Kennedy and if you believe some reports Hilary Clinton could be classified as a domestic abuser.

Multiple studies have shown that the percentage of NFL players who commit criminal acts is no greater than that of the poplation at large.

Say, maybe Bill Clinton and Juanita Brodderick could do a joint press conference for the NFL.

The title of their press conference could be “Better Put Some Ice On That”

Really? When they actually have a rate less than half that of the general population, they have a problem?

How about addressing the disproportionate inner city crime rates?

Why? The NFL doesn’t sponsor domestic violence.

Personally, I find the White House injecting itself into a private corporation’s affairs even more “really deeply troubling”.

I also find the neverending revelations of Constitutional abuse by the White House and federal government to be really deeply troubling.

I haven’t heard a cry about racism yet. All 3 players, both the wife abusers and the child abuser, are black. Why aren’t there cries of racism coming from black leaders?

I would suggest that this seems to be a black issue - they just happen to be playing football. Did all of these young men grow up in a home without a father, as do most young black men today?

Anyone else recall the pure BS propaganda half time ad some group ran a couple years ago saying something similar to “Don’t beat your wife just because your team is losing” or some such BS?
Why does this recent push by Barry and company remind me of that?

He is right.

The NFL needs to lecture these violent psychopaths to keep their mitts off people when they are not on the field
