Step 1 take a vote and kick them out of NATO.......
Step 2 Bomb the oil fields into oblivion....they are soft targets
Step#3 Oil can be identified. Track it to its first selling point attack the tanker and bring it to the USA petro storage center
ste#4 after we get rid of Obama invade that oil area and take it over or help the Kurds take it over
step #5 Forma new nation Kurdistan and take parts from Jrdan,Iraq, and Turkey to form that nation and get out of there way

You remember of course that they went to court to stop the Kurds from selling oil, and a tanker full of it wasn’t allowed to enter port in the US.

So, ISIS can sell oil and the Kurds can’t.

We, the Saudis, and the Turks were behind ISIS. Their antics have created a PR problem hence the need to spank them a bit. But they are doing what they are supposed to do which is drive a physical wedge between Iran and Syria, and ultimately close Iran’s window on the Mediterranean.

The fact that they are head-choppers doesn’t bother the Turks and Saudis, its just a PR problem. Notice that Obama’s solution is to build another ISIS. Turkey continues to be ISIS’s safe haven. And the other rebel groups we are arming are in league with ISIS and no better than them.

Obviously I meant those that were buying the oil other than us, since they’re supposedly against terrorism.

These are Muslim countries like Turkey. They would not be against terrorism directed against Infidels like us, or Muslim Heretics, like Shias, Alawites etc. -tom

RE: "Maybe because Barack is on the side of ISIS, just like our close allies Turkey and Qatar are?"

I believe it's true that Obama also supported ISIS in Syria.

But as far as helping ISIS vis-s-vis oil this FT article provides a different aspect. There are news articles over the past few years about agreements between the KRG and Ankara to export KRG oil.

Fuelling Isis Inc

The governments of Turkey and Iraqi Kurdistan have announced fresh interdiction efforts. Prices of crude oil in Syria have risen from $25 to $41, suggesting decreased production following Turkey’s clampdown on the border, an activist says.

The FT article points out that "Oil smuggling has deep roots in the region. After the imposition of UN energy sanctions on Iraq in the 1990s, a robust network of smugglers, traders and bootleg refineries have flourished."

ISIS now uses that to sell oil to the network of smugglers that exists in surrounding countries including Turkey.

Have we bombed their IS oil fields yet?

When we do I’ll know VJ and her cronies are serious about defeating IS.

Thanks. Yes it is a good source. It is on Drudge now. I hope others get a look at it for little facts about what is what.

Iraq's Kurds Sell Oil To Israel, Move Closer To Independence "The Kurds have in recent years made peace with Turkey, a reversal of decades of mistrust . . . Turkey now has a 50-year deal to send Kurdish oil by pipeline to Ceyhan . . . ."

‘zackly.
I’d bet only one oil tanker would have to be scratched for this to come to a quick stop.

I agree that Turkey and most Islamic countries are not our allies and are not against terrorism, especially that directed at the West. But they give lip service at being opposed to it.

So how do you convince someone who has already decided to buy from a group like Isis, for drastically discounted prices, to change?

You probably can't, but if they were truly against terrorism they wouldn't be buying the stolen oil from terrorists in the first place.

Better yet, let them load the ship and let the ship pass into international waters. capture the ship, sail it to the US and deposit the crude in out Strategic Oil Reserve and arrest the ship. Do the same to the next and next ship and soon no one will want to transport the crude.

Good idea but it would offend the Muzz countries who bought the oil at discount. 0bumble wouldn't countenance that.

Agreed. So how does promoting a boycott make any difference to those that already willingly support terrorism?

Plus, they are buying this oil at a greatly reduced price. It is around $30/barrel from what I have read. There are many black market dealers that will buy it from them and resell it to someone else for more. There is always a buyer for a commodity at some price. It is kind of like conflict diamonds.

I heard that they are getting about $30 / barrel for their oil. It would be like buying gas from a station advertising $1/gallon, even if you know that the mafia is running it.

Was kinda wondering myself.
Why aren’t storage sites and pipelines being bombed, and tankers sunk?
Always attack the enemy’s logistics and finances!

Better yet, pirate the oil in transit.

That was my thought. They have no sense of the laws so why should we or other countries? I say open season on them. Encourage us or Russia or whomever to openly steal their exports.

Bomb the oil fields today. Torpedo any tanker, under any flag, that carries IS oil. Blow up the pipelines and railroads! Shoot up any tankers on the road. Make em’ pay a heavy price for their savage acts.
