you can't just pick and choose the laws you like.

Mr. Holder announced that the Justice Department would no longer defend the Defense of Marriage Act, which defined marriage under federal law as between a man and a woman. The law was unconstitutional, he said. We don't need no stinkin' Supreme Court when Holder can make all the calls by himself...

Eric Holder leaves an extraordinary legacy. It will not be soon forgotten how the AG of the U.S. led a racist lynch mob, obstructed justice to cover up for the President and declared U.S. citizens “a Nation of Cowards.”
Future generations will marvel at how a nation voted against their own interest and will look back at this time as the political Dark Ages.
