I don’t need to rely on “multiple media reports”, I live in the area. I said that certain roads have been closed off and on, those were the only people inconvenienced who couldn’t get home for periods of time. Living in the Poconos, we also regularly get prevented from getting home when roads get closed for trees down on wires, snowstorms and construction. That doesn’t equate to a “lockdown”.
