I officially declare my business, The Gun Cave Indoor Shooting Range, a MUSLIM FREE ZONE.
I have made this decision based on the following FACTS:
1) The Koran (which I have read and studied thoroughly and (which all muslims align themselves with), contains 109 verses commanding hate, murder and terror against all human beings who refuse to submit or convert to Islam. 3) The barbaric act of beheading an innocent American in Oklahoma by a (muslim>, the Boston bombings, and the murder of 3000 innocent people on 9/11 are more than enough loss of life on my home soil at the hands of muslims to substantiate that muslims can and will follow the directives in their Koran and kill here at home.

Have to admit... This weekend I took the family to a movie and a muslim couple was in front of us in line for tickets. It genuinely concerned me that my family might be in a dark theater with them.

With respect to lawsuits, I suspect that she fully understands that such a thing is inevitable and she has already made contingency plans for when it happens. Or at least I hope she has.
How would she know someone is a Muslim?
Based on their appearance?
Are all Arabs Muslim?
Are all Muslims Arab?
Does she know what a Sikh is?

The conundrum:
The definition of the word Conundrum is: something that is puzzling or confusing.
Here are six Conundrums of socialism in the United States of America:
1. America is capitalist and greedy - yet half of the population is subsidized.
2. Half of the population is subsidized - yet they think they are victims.
3. They think they are victims - yet their representatives run the government.
4. Their representatives run the government - yet the poor keep getting poorer.
5. The poor keep getting poorer - yet they have things that people in other countries only dream about.
6. They have things that people in other countries only dream about - yet they want America to be more like those other countries.
Think about it! And that, my friends, pretty much sums up the USA in the 21st Century.
Makes you wonder who is doing the math.
These three, short sentences tell you a lot about the direction of our current government and cultural environment:
1. We are advised to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics. Funny how that works.
And here’s another one worth considering...
2. Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money. How come we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money?
What’s interesting is the first group “worked for” their money, but the second didn’t. Think about it ...
and last but not least,
3. Why are we cutting benefits for our veterans, no pay raises for our military and cutting our army to a level lower than before WWII, but we are not stopping the payments or benefits to illegal aliens.
Am I the only one missing something?

The fight you want to have in court is on the matter of whether Islam constitutes a government, and not a religion.
You could argue that it is a system of government, and as such it doesn’t enjoy the protections of a religion under the first amendment.
For one, you can’t ‘unjoin’ Islam. For two, it calls for the submission of anyone who isn’t a muslim to Islam. That this can only be enforced in some places in the US (Detroitistan) is immaterial. It establishes a tax code on top of the one already in place here in the US, without the legal authority to do so. It has its own justice system (sharia) which has no legal standing in the US.
Christianity, Satanism, Buddhism, (fill in the blank), doesn’t do any of these things.
There needs to be a test for what constitutes a religion, and what doesn’t. Any religion who has some compulsory aspect to it fails the test, and Islam compels those who have joined it to stay with it.
The Constitution isn’t a suicide pact. Whether a religious movement worships a man (Hitler) or Allah, if it compels its members (i.e. there is no belief aspect to being a part of it, nor is there a way of voluntarily leaving if you decide not to be a part of it), then it isn’t a religion.
It’s a regime.
