-Your government needs to recalculate its medal policy when leaders run out of room on the tunic and have to start attaching them to pants.
Only after they have lined the inside of their pockets
Sorry, I meant to post a pic of Dennis Rodman.
That picture is what Ebola looks like at 1000x magnification.
My bad.
Why change countries, he is doing a fine job trying to turn us into NK...
You can be 100 % sure if NK/SK do unify, he will take credit...
Rodman looks like he has Ebola.
This could get interesting and very ugly. The Chinese have to be looking over this one.
Wait how fast their faces cheer up when they taste that first gooey doughnut or that greasy fried egg and than go into pure orgasmic ecstasy when they first taste that North Carolina pulled pork or smell that slow smoked Texas Brisket.
“This is the October surprise Beckel was talking about. NK and SK will reunite, and it will save the Democrats in November. (Best I could come up with)”
NK and SK won’t unite as Germany and E. Germany did, at least not initially. I would guess that some sort of trade agreement, business agreements free exchange of information, maybe opening up crossing borders, etc, then sometime waaaaay in the future maybe a merge or alignment. (Best I could come up with, but then being a futurist is a risky profession :)
That would great news for America but what about North Korea?
He is already down in the Ebola free bunker.
He must not have sinus problems if he can wear those nose rings.
Well, that there explains why the people in NK are starving. They spent the entire budget on medals.
That’s not a uniform, it’s really pretty chainmail...
Never mind that.
The simple joy of no longer spending their entire lives worrying about being singled out for criticism would be a massive turnaround, for so many.
And I thought Ghadaffy looked strange in uniform! They look like one of those ‘Nam Vet impersonators!
IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT EBOLA ONLY KILLS BLACKS, MEXICANS, LIBERIANS, SALVADORINS AND GAY PEOPLE!
LOL!
You can usually tell how free a country is by just looking at their high ranking military officials.
The less free they are... the more medals they have. That YOU KNOW... they did not earn.
LOL!
This could prove to be China living the legendary “Chinese Curse” of “May you live in interesting times!” China has been scared for decades that the North Korea (NK) structure would either attack South Korea (SK) or collapse. In either case, the border between China and NK would be absolutely flooded by refugees that China is in no way able to prepare for. While the China Government would have no problem, morally, going to the gun, they know that it would be an international reputation and trade disaster.
Now while this is going on, Hong Kong (HK) and the “One Nation, Two Systems” is going off of its rails. While the plan was for HK (and Macao) to retain is Special Administrative Regional (SAR) rights and the HK concept was for free elections in the near future, Beijing made a mockery of that when it made a ‘dictat’ that it would limit the election to nominees acceptable to Beijing. This is what the current upset got started with but there is a lot more going on underneath. That is why China is doing its best to choke off news of this unrest before it gets spread to China proper. The problem here is that unlike 1989’s Tiananmen Square protests, technology squelches mainly slow down the propagation of news, not stop it completely. The thin aristocracy of the Chinese Communist Party are riding a tiger and they are not enjoying the ride and fear that the end of the ride will be in the tiger’s stomach.
North Korea by itself, being a nuclear-armed psycho is of great danger especially to South Korea with its capital within artillery range of the NK guns. Add the HK problem and China’s leadership must be looking for any solution with the strongest stick being their military (which is more like a combo of our military AND General Motors/General Electric and General Foods). Yet that military (People’s Liberation Army) are now oligarchic tycoons rich from ownership of many companies and international trade. Will they be the stick that their rulers need or will they be more inclined to their own interests?
Interesting times indeed!
Great post! Thanks
Of course it will; the military leaders will be bought off, and they realize that the more undesirable adversary isn't on their southern border, but on their northern border.
Wonder what it could be.
Reunification?
Will N. Korea renounce Communism?
