Or, by direct proxy, Reid/Obama

I live in MN, and have yet to see a McFadden ad in broadcast or print.

Seems like the republicans did a good job of selecting a candidate. /.sarcasm

[Kansas Senate Race is Tied]...only tied? - Yahoo News had three stories in what must have been the top half-dozen with blazing headlines about "bad news for Republicans" in the Kansas senatorial race - I didn't bother to read any of them but assumed they must be showing at least a ten point lead for the I candidate - Yahoo must be desperate for any anti-pub news it can scare up.....

Yahoo has the Marist poll in three different article headlines on it’s home page.

He’s up 7 in the most recent poll. Single digits.

That’s unimpressive against a 2nd tier GOP challenger.

But Johnson County booted Moore out and were in favor of Todd Tiahrt, in the 2010 republican senatorial primary. However, a lot of dems have appeared in the county either from KCK and Wyandotte or crossed the border in the past. The county is still considered to be conservative. Things might be different if Wyandotte weren’t in the same district or nearby so people can waltz into the county.

You do know the tea parties began in Johnson County, Kansas when in February 2009 they were protesting Dennis Moore at his office, right? They were the first tea party protests that were covered in many conservative circles like Michelle Malkin’s blog.

You mean since Bachmann up north. She is supposed to be replaced by the guy who she beat way back in 2006. I don’t know much about him. But her district was redistricted so I don’t know if the same people are voting for him that voted for Bachmann all those years.

Rep. Bachmann endorsed Rep. Tom Emmer in the 6th district anyways. He seems good enough that the left is upset at him for not embracing gun control and lesbian marriage.

Well I take it back because you meant Senate and I was thinking Congress.

Ok but your Walter Judd never was a senator. He was just a rep from the 5th district. And he held the postion from 1943 to 1963. So stand by what I said about Rep. Bachmann. She is even disliked by ISIS and they put her in a video.

http://weaselzippers.us/201647-new-isis-video-features-michele-bachmann-calling-for-destruction-of-the-islamic-state/

I think the 6th district will be fine with Tom Emmer. He seems good.

I should add Tiahrt ran a bad and a dismal last minute campaign to get is old congressional seat back in Congress this year and lost to the guy who succeeded him and then he replaced within the Kansas republican party. Mike Pompeo in August.

Should McDaniel vote for Cochran?

.... I can’t imagine Orman appealing to any part of the state....
_______________________________________________________________________________________________

He probably doesn’t, but the Virginian resident, Pat Roberts, is less appealing. Especially after he and Mitch McConnell worked behind the scenes to help Thad Cochran and Haley Barbour pull off the antics they did in Mississippi. They disenfranchised the votes of 150,000 true Conservatives. Some people don’t forget!

NEVER FORGET MISSISSIPPI!!! NEVER! NEVER! NEVER!

Well I don’t know as much about that area, but they went with Mik Pompeo in their district over their former congressman Todd Tiahrt that left to run for senate in 2010 but lost to fellow congressman Jerry Moran. People on this site and other such sites dislike Moran, but in 2010 he seemed good to me. He seems to have taken a step backward by working with the NRSC and by getting worse ACU ratings in recent years, but who knows. However, Eric Erickson just attacked Jerry Moran on Red State last week.

I voted for Wolf, but he lost. I got over it. _____________________________________________________________
The GOP Establishment in Mississippi with the help of Mitch McConnell and Pat Roberts committed political rape on a fine, young, Conservative in Mississippi and disenfranchised the votes of 150,000 true Conservatives. We have NOT gotten over it.

In that race...I wouldn’t expect McDaniel to vote for Cochran. Cochran unfairly won. Heads need to roll for that fiasco.
