Good point; the odd thing is that they’ve started showing Anglo “Mr. Moms” getting with the program at the same time that Anglo fathers (and mothers) are becoming a thing of the past. My children’s friends are overwhelmingly Latino, and Anglo children are becoming a rarity. That is probably why in the middle of English-language programming we are starting to see commercials completely in Spanish.

The churches should give up their secular role of signing off on the legal aspects of marriage and just do the spiritual nuptials. A couple should do their legal stuff at the county clerk. Their church can do the spiritual wedding and therefore can legally refuse to do Gay weddings.

The only cudgel the Gays have is this mythical right not to be discriminated against and if the secular roles that churches have to register a legal marriage are given up by them, the Gays would have no legal rights to sue a church under the 1st Amendment.

A church could say to a gay couple...”we can’t do legal marriages here, you’ll need to go down to the Justice of the peace. Hetero’s unfortunately would have to get their marriages similarly registered but they could still have a church wedding blessed by their community and God. A church can refuse to do a Gay wedding service on spiritual grounds or the gays can look to find a more accommodating church and minister as there are scores around who will accommodate them...but the Gays will have no legal grounds to sue.

The churches may need to go without tax exempt status and the folks giving offerings there may need to realize they won’t be able take their offerings off on their taxes. Shouldn’t let a little old thing like money silence their voices for the truth!

Some churches are already starting to go that way and if should become a flood, then the politicians and perhaps behind the scenes “masonic” type folks will have lost their leashes that have restrained conservative churches for the past 50 years.

I think that is the only solution at this point. That, and people who are coerced into participating (cakes and venues and such) should make it clear that the profits will be donated to a group like the FRC.

Churches will be used when their pastors refuse to perform ceremonies...liberal groups like S0ros will set this up all over the country armed with lawyers and the IRS to strip of protected status.

You don't seem to get it at all. You speak as though you think homos have to abide by some system of rules. My point in my post, and recent events have born out, is that the current leftist regime, of which homofascists are a powerful branch, are above the rules. Churches not being qualified to solomnize marriages will not satisfy them. Unquestioning APPROVAL across the board is what they demand and won't settle without.
