Same-sex marriage became legal in North Carolina Friday, with a federal judge ordering the state to immediately put aside its ban.
With a stroke of his pen, U.S. District Judge Max Cogburn of Asheville struck down the state’s bans on gay marriage.

I openly advocate the forcible removal by sheriff and or state police of such judges that act against the people of the US and against their stated laws by way of their activism which is what this judge is...an activist.

That would be interesting to see, but in the end, Obama would send in federal troops to enforce the the federal court order.

A judge could declare that unicorns are legal in North Carolina, and you could strap a horn onto a horse, but that wouldn’t change the fact that it’s a horse. Gay “marriage” will never be real; all same-sex couples can have is a farce with benefits.
Chief Justice Roberts should be impeached for not hearing these cases. The court kind of said it was a state issue. How when federal judges are unconstitutionally overturning the will of the people?
The Supreme Court should have stopped all federal involvement and shut down the circuit judges.
And after the gays get their marriage “equality” they’ll want to be exempt from divorce laws when they start breaking up.
It’s not marriage. It’s state sanctioned sodomy! We need to call it what is truly is!

Truth is truth. And all with any wisdom at all know this.
Agree - something is going on. States pass constitutional amendments or laws, then every federal court in the country is declaring the laws as violations of the federal constitution (under a questionable argument), and the Supreme Court denies hearing the case. Seems the fix is in, either someone has pictures of federal judges or maybe you are right - giving them a lot of soon to be worthless paper money.
NO; hopefully our legislative challenge of this ruling will stand, and the libs won’t get their way!

It was never about benefits. If it was you would see higher numbers of gays getting civilly married where they can do so. It was always about using the power of the state to punish those who they know can never accept ‘gay marriage.’ It’s the stick they will never have to put down.
