Support for UKIP has surged to 25% in the polls and the party could win a remarkable 128 MPs in a general election, experts have claimed. A Survation poll for the Mail on Sunday found a repeat of the Clacton by-election result next May would see the Conservatives lose 100 seats and Ed Miliband at No 10. Labour and the Tories are both on 31% while the Liberal Democrats are on 8%, according to the research for the newspaper. Experts suggest that the ratings would give Labour 253 MPs, Conservatives 187, UKIP 128, Lib Dems 11, and other parties, such as the SNP, 71.

I do. It could be the difference between us having to fight a British caliphate some day or not.

Simple solution. Tories should refrain from running in strong UKIP districts and tell their voters to support UKIP.

You could take some encouragement that there is a limit that people can be pushed to and then they finally get it and will vote against tyranny. It means there is still some hope that this world can turn around. If it can happen in England which I really thought was totally gone a couple of years ago then it can happen anywhere!

I think so.

The UKIP Peoples Army is not marching, they are Steamrolling!

Should be a lesson for us. Its possible for a new party to start from scratch and become a player in a relatively short time.

The GOP replaced the Whigs and they can be replaced too.

Cruz and Palin are, essentially, the party I’m loyal to. If the “E” GOP finds a way to shaft Cruz in the election, if they decide to run an open-borders candidate, if as Huck says they abandon marriage as an issue, then I’m out.

They are who the Conservatives would be if the Conservatives were still conservative.

This was one of the liabilities of preserving the union with Scotland, which elects Labour MPs almost exclusively.

Westminster party bosses, especially the Tories, claim they hear the complaints of their voters and pledge to do better but their actions demonstrate they really don’t care, don’t understand the depth of feeling or both.

Miliband at No. 10 would be an abomination but might be the only thing that will shake the Conservatives out of their stupor.

That is an insane prediction... but i hope its right!

It wasn’t long ago they were saying it would be impossible for UKIP to win any seats. To get even 30 would be remarkable!

Ya, I thought years ago, there were 2 major parties in the UK, the Conservatives and Labour. Then a smattering of minor parties. Sounds like this UKIP is developing into a major political party there.

Could we see a new major political party in America? Why are we stuck with just Republicans and Democrats? Other minor parties such as Libertarians have just never gained traction here. But why couldn’t a new party replace the Republicans eventually, for example?

People are tired of the Commies (Labour/LibDems), the Muzzies, and the spineless, capitulating Tories. Not to mention the unelected EU controlling every aspect of their lives.

Most of the Tory’s are fake conservatives.

Does that ring a bell?

That’s why you hear pasty Cameron saying he’s going to get tough on immigration. They’re scared shitless of UKIP.

I care and you should, too. The UKIP is the closest thing England has to our Tea Party.

Imagine if 120 House members switched to an actual conservative third party, with many more to follow. Wouldn’t you care?

187 + 128 = 315.

With UKIP >125, the writing on the wall would be in bold. If a few marginal folk flip, Milibrand would not be PM.
