This California law, is fully protected by the 10th Amendment imo. And if California voters don’t like the law but just sit on their hands and don’t work with state lawmakers to do something about it, then Californians deserve the big state government that they have helped to foster with their apathy.

I’ve never had an interest in the stuff-I don’t like any kind of duck/goose-and I probably can’t afford it anyway. But I’m fine with letting each state do whatever it wants to about food items-why should anyone else be involved?
