MANILA, Philippines—The US Marine tagged in the killing of a Filipino transgender has been identified by the authorities and will be charged with murder on Tuesday.
Private First Class Joseph Scott Pemberton, a US Marine Corps 2nd Battalion 9th Marines assigned at West Pace Express, was positively identified by a witness in the killing of 26-year-old Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude in Olongapo City on Saturday.
Reading the Olongapo City Police director’s report, Senior Superintendent Wilben Mayor, Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson, said the witness identified Pemberton through a photo line-up process provided by the US Naval Crime Investigation Service (NCIS).
The report said the witness was 22-year-old Mark Clarence Gelviro, who on Saturday night accompanied Laude when they met the suspect at the Ambyanz Disco bar hours before Laude was found dead.
City Police director Senior Superintendent Pedrito delos Reyes said a case of murder is being readied against the US Marine.
Laude was found lifeless on the bathroom floor of one of the rooms of Celzone Lodge after checking in allegedly with Pemberton. The victim’s head was slumped in the toilet.
Police said Laude could have been strangled and killed. She died of asphyxiation.
The custody of Pemberton remains a touchy subject. Asked where Pemberton would be detained while the trial is ongoing, Mayor said they will follow the provisions of the Visiting Forces of Agreement (VFA).
Neither legitimate nor effective; some of these guys are quite small.
I think if the tranny deceives a man and he loses his composure and lashes out violently, that should not be a crime.

You are correct but wrong. In this case if the person was a full transgender they did NOT have a penis, and they had something resembling a vagina.

You are correct. The post ops have artificial vaginas and medically constructed. And the pre ops are good at concealing their “credentials”.
In the US, rage would be one reaction, but here in the Philippines, gays and transvestites are part of the landscape and no one really cares.
And after the last rape case, the Marines should have been briefed on local customs, including the dangers of picking up bar girls of either sex...
These “Bennie Boys” look more like women than women. Filipinas are georgeous. Many a service man has been duped and their rage is justified.
I consider trannies tricking men into sexual contact to be the equivalent of homo rape. I would not hesitate to kill a rapist. I’ve injured men for sexually grabbing at me.
Tricking heterosexual men into sex with a tranny should be a crime because it is a dangerous and nasty thing to do. Women are permitted to be violent towards sexually aggressive men and the same should be for heterosexual men when dealing with sexually aggressive queers. Not guilty.
I have instructed both my sons that if they are ever molested by a queer to beat the you know what out of them. Homosexuality is an aggressive mental illness.

Beating them up and killing them are two wildly different thing. First of all killing them is just stupid because the person will end up in jail getting molested daily (or possible). Jail is not a great place to be regardless of sexual orientation.
When you beat someone up, they could die. Not guilty.

We will see what happens with this Marine......I guess THAT will decide who is right and who is wrong in this situation. I predict I will beat you on this bet. You say he is not guilty. I say guilty and will end up in jail. You believe he is going to continue in the Marines and go on with life.......I think I win by 100 percent quite frankly.
