Maybe Grandma should move the T Shirt stand to Chicago.
To: funfan
Wouldn’t it instead be a trademark?
A patent is for an invention, not a name or service, right?
Just wondering......

A patent is for an invention, not a name or service, right? Most ignorant morons such as Brown's relatives would have no idea of the definition or use of patents, copyrights or trademarks, and just spew forth whatever of the words they could think of.
I'm amazed the word "patent" was even in her vocabulary.

And the media uses the phrase “unarmed black teenager” for the I trillionth time, even as his “grieving relatives” fight over the concession sales.
