“If you are a calibrator”

What the heck is that supposed to mean? A “calibrator”? I don’t think anyone in the world holds a job where that is their full-time responsibility. It’s simply one task that anyone who works with machines that have touchscreens must be aware of and know how to do, in order to keep the machines in good working order.

“maybe you have an agenda in your attempts to deflect the obvious vote fraud that is happening”

It’s not “obvious vote fraud” until you have determined that this is actual fraud and not something that can be attributed to technical malfunctions. You have so far failed to do that, or even admit the possibility.

My how lawyerly you seemed to have turned.

It is obvious to anyone other than the excuse maker. All my computers do exactly what I tell them to, so do theirs. If one breaks they don't do anything. Mis-configured my @zz.

If you are responsible for making some of this stuff work, maybe you should upgrade your skills because a Bank could never tolerate all this mis-calibration and you know it.

“All my computers do exactly what I tell them to, so do theirs.”

Really? You have invented a computer that never suffers from bugs or errors?!?

You really should patent it and market it, because you’d be a billionaire with such a product. What are you waiting for?

“That is not a “calibration” issue. This was intentional.”

Precisely. My iPhone, iPad NEVER need ‘recalibration’, that whole fake ‘reason’ is just BS. INTENTIONAL by the programmer of that machine/code.

Too late Apple owns the patent. And no I don't have crashes. On rare occasions an Apple update will kill off some 10 year old app or piece of hardware. I have three Mac Pros running 24/7 and I can't think of a time when I had to shut a computer down because of a hard Crash, unless it was immediately after a system update but I am running some very old stuff and don't expect it to keep up forever, but if I just leave it alone and skip some system updates I have no problems.

I have a couple Macs still running OS 9 and they still do everything they did when I bought them. Printers have ran away from them but I can still communicate with and print to the newer machines over a network drive and get around that.

I am no longer a geek and do only some of the things I still have an interest in so I am not hacking anything or making system hacks like I used to. I still use HyperCard and AppleWorks 5 which is more than most people would really need to accomplish real work.

I have over 100 terabytes of storage strung through those 3 mac pros and several Drobo's used for back up, so yes my machines do what I tell them. The latest MacOS just broke my Bluetooth upgrade module, had a USB dongle that fixed it but I just stepped back a version and may leave it there.

By the way I haven't done a clean install in over 5 years, too much trouble to re authorize all the old software apps, but as I no longer have a need for all those programs I just let them go.

You know all those disk utilities we used to have to buy to rebuild directories, haven't done that in over five years.

Oh I have all my machines running from SSDs on PCI Cards otherwise I could read a book while they boot, I also run my scratch drives on SSDs which makes things seem a little faster.

Because of my eyesight I run my video to a 70 inch TV otherwise wouldn't be able to read anything. Do all my TV from a VCR through an eyeTV which lets me see and read captions since I am also almost deaf. Likely I am a little older tan you and have been using Apple Products for over thirty years. In that thirty years I had exactly one iMac break before I passed it on to someone else, that was a G5 iMac that had a power supply go bad, now tell me how well your boxes have performed.

Touch screen calibration is probably not something that can be audit trailed. It might be something that is checked upon certification of the machine, but the questions are how often are they recertified, and can someone change the touchscreen calibrations and who is safeguarding that? One rogue tech or hacker (in person or via net) can do a lot of damage

Many things are subject to calibration. Brakes. Traffic Lights. The weight of a baseball bat.

Vote rigging should be a capital crime.
