"This is a direct assault on the State of Nevada. It is also a deliberate retaliation against the people for standing against the horrific action of several federal agencies at the Bundy ranch.
"The boldness of the federal governments timing and action on these matters are astonishing. They are again making a clear case that they are willing to use federal power to punish the local people. Harry Reids declaration This is not over is proving to be uncharacteristically accurate.".....
Kinda hard to enforce an “off limits” decree on 3 million acres, isn’t it?
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. - Thomas Jefferson
90 days from Oct 10th will be approx Jan 8th?
Will the new Senate be seated by then. How hard will this be to reverse? Can it be stopped? Can the Bundy’s sue for the value of the grazing rights in perpetuity?
No, the very same government that refuses to secure our southern border will pull out all the stops to secure this property for Harry Reid and his Chinese puppetmasters.
They will divert even more resources from protecting the southern border to patrol every square inch of this land.
Keep pushing, FedMob. Keep pushing.
Hopefully there will be folks in the area that can require this level of resources
without getting caught themselves.
Defy them! Make them kill American’s for their decree. Then see what happens.
“Release the bulls.”
With very, very little fanfare, representatives of a group of states just met in Salt Lake City, with the intention of reclaiming state lands.
The sooner, the better. I would like to see these southern Nevada lands snatched out of senator Reid’s hands, China told to go bugger off, and send the federals packing.
Who owns this land, the Federal Gov’t or private owners?
This seems to be the Fed owned land managed by the BLM.
The federal government owns the land.
I would suggest and am personally supportive of Alternative 4...
Alternative 4 emphasizes opportunities to use and develop resources within the planning area. It would provide for motorized access and commodity production with minimal restrictions while providing protection of natural and cultural resources to the extent required by law, regulation, and policy. This alternative would largely rely on existing laws, regulations, and policies, rather than special management or special designations, to protect sensitive resources.
IF you take the time to write a response, do take the time to make sure your commentary is grounded in fact (to the best of your ability) AND spell check it. Note that these will be available to the public so responders should be on best behavior and public face :-) If you don't want the comment associated with your personal/home information, run it from your work addy, P.O. box, etc... neighbor you dislike (lol-JK!)
You can merely express that you feel it is in the best interests of the State of Nevada and the citizenry of the rest of the States to pursue alternative 4 (i.e. you don't have to research a thesis and present it, if they are flooded with 100,000 plus written responses, they WILL take notice!).
If you're unsure about something, ask others.
Note that BLM has their own Preferred Alternative. Remember, they are our servants, if we want **** from them, we can squeeze their heads...
