I don’t know where you live but buses for all of the above are always marked with something in my area. The are never totally unmarked.

These people just got off a boat— they were brought in- they looked directed, and at the same time surly. Call it police intuition.

This kind of crap has to stop- right up there with the Durham/Raleigh consular offices for Mexico running matriculada “ID” cards that Durham says are immediately acceptable as driver’s licenses— with NO testing and no proof of insurance. A source of a large amount of crime. You’ve heard of MS-13? That’s what they looked like.

He questioned the driver and some of the hispanic males (they no speaky ingles) and was pulled over by LEO, shortly thereafter and asked not to do that, again, IIRC.
He filmed the incident, but they’ve since been removed, I believe.

Yet, no guards- civilian or otherwise— only the driver. Did not have the look of foreign military, or discipline— more like slaves.
