Baghdad Barry is completely out of the loop on this. He's too busy sulking and pouting about the keester-whooping he got on Tuesday for anything else. Somebody near the inside in Mosul (Kurds? Mossad?) IDed Baghdadi and was able to get word to our guys and they just let'er rip. There was "no time" to get Washington involved so that there could be 48 hours of hand-wringing about the decision.
