I applaud the Donald for his gift to Sgt. Tahmooressi. I'm not a great fan of Mr. Trump, but in this instance, at least, he appears to have exhibited and acted on the right instincts. IMO, if he were POTUS, Sgt. Tahmooressi would have been liberated much more quickly - and Bergdahl would still be living in Dar Al Islam, where he belongs.

Trump is one of the few billionaires who has any kind of genuine sympathy and understanding towards regular, middle-class people. I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but the way they gloated after "liberating" Bergdahl, who was apparently doing just fine - not to mention the release of five high-value Taliban in exchange for his sorry @$$ - juxtaposed to the more than six months of inaction regarding the illegal incarceration of Sgt. Tahmooressi, who did nothing more than make a wrong turn on the Freeway - says everything you need to know about the treasonous Regime now in power.
