Utterly irrelevant to the points previously discussed - but what the hey: Would being stoned automatically disqualify someone from being 'conservative' by your definition? Same question for being under the influence of alcohol.
Yes but not alcohol a drink isn’t going to stupid but one joint will ever hear the talk they sound like a teenagers logic they are useless and dangerous to work around.

No difference in substances, it's all in the dose - enough alcohol is entirely capable of making one stupid, useless and dangerous to work around.
