Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) on Tuesday night said there is growing support in the Senate to deny President Barack Obama the funding he needs to executive his immigration plans, and said Obama’s veto of that legislation would not be supported by the American people.
Sessions said on the Mark Levin Show that Republicans will be looking to pass a government funding bill that prevents Obama from using any money to implement an amnesty program for millions of illegal immigrants. Sessions admitted that passage of this language might have to wait until next year, when Republicans take over the Senate.

We found out, "You know what? We have a little aspect of immigration law that nobody remembered, and that is we cannot send back minors who come from countries that are not Mexico. We have to keep them. We can't send them back." I wonder who in the Regime found that one. Now, I have never believed that that just happened. I don't believe that parents in Nicaragua and El Salvador and wherever the hell else, put their kids on trains for 45 days and a hell trip to get to the United States, unaccompanied.

I think the Regime is behind it. We found a jobs posting on a government website dated in January in which the government was seeking transportation logistics companies for the purpose of relocating children arriving illegally at the Southern border. They were looking for lawyers as well. When these unaccompanied children began arriving, they weren't even given proper health checkups....

Joseph Robinette Biden was born in Scranton, PA to two US citizen parents. He played football for a Catholic high school and in college.
He has many wrongheaded ideas, but I would trade “Obama” (or whatever his real name is) for Biden in a heartbeat.
Why should the Congress, which has sole authority over immigration and naturalization, have a deadline?
What does it matter that Congress "doesn't act", for six months or six hundred years? Action on immigration and naturalization is at their sole discretion, and discretion means they are as free to not act as to act.
If Obama does what he threatens, he should be detained by the military, which SHOULD give Congress a deadline to act on his removal from office.
What does Joe Biden have to do with impeaching Obama for high crimes and misdemeanors? Irrelevant. In addition in the unlikely event the Senate removed Obama from office Joe Biden would be a slight improvement over Obama.
I don't think that would hurt him with most voters, and they might be weary of bombastic politicians such as Obama and others. But the MSM would go back to his kindergarten years trying to find something they could twist as being racist.
Mainly a question if he would have any interest at all. And it would be best if he stayed quiet about it until an announcement was necessary.

They shouldn't, bit Obama has turned things upside down and Republican cowards in Congress, the MSM and most all Democrats have allowed him to do it, or helped him do it. Somebody has got to "step up" and make moves to seriously challenge him.
