Dr. Williams makes a good point here, and one that I have not heard elsewhere. Specifically, he says that Congress is also ignoring the constitution, and that the courts have been derelict in their constitutionally-mandated duty to hold the other two branches to account if they don’t abide by the constitution.

When all three branches of government fail to uphold
the constitution, it falls to the people directly to
do what needs to be done to restore it, as our
founders intended.

Yes - and since Congress, the Courts and the Executive all take an oath to “preserve and uphold the Constitution” the leaders of all three branches should be brought up on charges by “we the people” for failing to honor their oaths and endangering the liberties and fortunes of the people. The President, and VP and the Chief Justice and the Speaker and the Senate Leader and their key lieutenants should all be tried and convicted. There must be a penalty for killing the country.
