Early Wednesday morning, the IDF Engineering Corps demolished the east Jerusalem home of the terrorist who killed a three-month-old baby girl and a woman from Ecuador last month when he rammed his vehicle into a crowd of people in the capital.
Abdel Rahman al-Shalodi, a convicted Palestinian terrorist from the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan was shot by police and died in hospital after the October attack that killed the baby Chaya Zissel Braun, as well as Karen Yemima Mosquera, a 22-year-old Ecuadorian.
A demolition notice signed by the IDF Home Front Command was given to al-Shalodi's family last week.

(1) A Military Commander may by order direct the forfeiture to the Government of Israel of any house, structure, or land from which he has reason to suspect that any firearm has been illegally discharged, or any bomb, grenade or explosive or incendiary article illegally thrown, or of any house, structure or land situated in any area, town, village, quarter or street the inhabitants or some of the inhabitants of which he is satisfied have committed, or attempted to commit, or abetted the commission of, or been accessories after the fact to the commission of, any offence against these Regulations involving violence or intimidation or any Military Court offence ; and when any house, structure or land is forfeited as aforesaid, the Military Commander may destroy the house or the structure or anything on growing on the land.
(2) Members of The IDF forces or of the Israel Police, acting under the authority of the Military Commander may seize and occupy, without compensation, any property in any such area, town, village, quarter or street as is referred to in subregulation (1), after eviction without compensation, of the previous occupiers, if any.

The homes should also not be allowed to be rebuilt and the families of terrorists should be quickly deported to the regions where most of them actually came from and these places are Muslim countries. Israel has bent over backwards to coddle traitors. No jailed terrorist with blood on his hands should be paroled or freed in any prisoner exchange proposal.
They need to demolish the mosques that harbored them! They are complicit also!

I read earlier that the IDF has already said it will bulldoze the houses of the two Palestinian terriorists who killed five people at the sanctuary; 3 American and 1 Brit + an Israeli policeman who was shot and later died.

Raze one home for every person who is injured in one of these attacks.
For every person killed in one of these attacks, raze the home with the occupants in it...no notice.
You have to make the response much more severe if the purpose of it is to deter future attacks. If they all want to die for allah and jihad, grant their wishes.
