President Barack Obama made some notable omissions Thursday night in his remarks about the unilateral actions he's taking on immigration.
A look at his statements and how they compare with the facts:

The fact that he said over twenty times that only Congress can change the immigration situation...puts him into a difficult light. Either he’s bumped his head and triggered some amnesia or he’s smoked something and just forgot about comments of the past. The issue I see is a bunch of non-Latinos who wanted entry into the US....ought to come up and sue for damages as they’ve been forced to wait three...maybe even ten years....to enter legally. Each ought to be entitled to a year’s salary in the US, by his actions.

It really does not matter what lies he uses or what issue he lies about, he is unilaterally writing law AND ignoring 'We The People' right after they rejected him!

As long as America is going to be a third world slum, could El Jefe at least dress appropriately? I’m thinking epaulettes, chest full of colorful medals and ribbons, expensive sunglasses, and a really good hat.
Obama was saying “I’m not a king” when he said he couldn’t do anything about immigration on his own.
Tonight he said “I have decided to name myself king after all”.
Maybe I’m missing something, but it doesn’t look like Obama has done anything that can’t be stopped/corrected by the Republican Congress or Republican President. He has granted people these people the temporary right to remain in America and work.
President Cruz can end the program and ship them home.
Am I missing something the Obama said? I think this whole thing is smoke and mirrors. The president said the he is delaying deportation and giving them temporary work permits. It is the media who is declaring it an amnesty.
My fear is that if people keep repeating that it is an amnesty, then the sheeple will start to believe it...and accept it.
Obama cannot grant amnesty and he knows it.
The GOP needs to deal with this rationally.

There was a line in the speech that was along the lines of “They get a great education here - and then you want them to go back to their own countries? Where they will use their bright minds, and then compete against us? Let’s keep them here helping our businesses.”
I’m waiting for Mexico and others to outlaw going to the U.S. because obama wants to steal all of their smart people.
Seriously though - look at that “logic”. Let them go back to their own countries to help them make their homeland better. I knew several kids in engineering school that did that - in spite of the better wages they could have made here. I thought it was very commendable - and at the time, unbelievable.
If the Administrations Press (AP) is fact checking Obama, they must want him out.

By early next year, we should be able to understand Obama’s Amnesty program in the context of try distract and build support where ever he can get it to offset the damage of these investigations.
Even Joe Arpaio has a lawsuit being filed against the Obama Administration on the topic of illegal, undocumented aliens next week.
Given that Arpaio has went on public record stating that Obama’s published birth certificate is a forged, fraudulent document and he has incontrovertible proof to back that up . That, of course, makes Obama himself nothing other than an undocumented alien so Arpaio’s lawsuit could get interesting.
Arpaio has been complaining that he has the proof but it's so politically radioactive no one wants to touch it with a 10 ft pole and no official body is willing to take the issue up.
What better way to insert the Presidents forged and fraudulent citizenship documents into the public’s view than a law suit against Obama’s illegal Amnesty for illegal, undocumented aliens - a plan so unpopular it's strongly opposed by 80% of the American public
