that is why its so easy to mislead people that are not nerdz - especially when dealing with lawyer slime bureaucrapz trained to parse words and mislead

backup and recovery methodology is not that hard to understand - wish i could have had a few hours with issa to explain it when all this came down

we also have a ton of script kiddiez and unix nerdz that make broad statements that are simply not true

‘there has to be backups’ - false

In another report I read, the tapes were found 5 months after the request for evidence by the plaintiffs. Now it has been a couple of years since then.

The question I would have is, has the data (the evidence) been compromised, IE, have the alleged emails been stripped off the tapes and the tapes destroyed?

I see here a distinct probability that the evidence is tampered with.

The idea that while the Lerner office and her legal staff, all the while, was claiming the emails were irrecoverable, that technicians in another building were locating, identifying, and cataloging the emails, is preposterous.

I read that Issa is term limited as chairman of the oversight committee.

They have named his replacement but I dont recall his name.
