Heard from a separate source same news – No Indictment.
They will disperse the crowds using paternity tests.
This is why the initial plan to wait 48 hours made no sense. Less than an hour after the jury left, and there’s already leaks. Correct, or not, leaks were inevitable.
As an example of how crazy the rumor mill is: Twitter has had supposedly “authoritative” posts announcing the time will be anywhere from 4pm CST to 8pm CST. I’m taking 6 in the pool, because that’s the timing that allows most of the commuters to get off the road.
Between the Travon Martin case, where the media and DC politicians were screaming for a modern lynching and this case where they are again screaming for a modern judicial lynching, it would be refreshing to know that justice can actually work.
I wonder who will be the scapegoat for a no indictment? The prosecutor for obviously not doing his job in a PC manner? The jurors for being racist, even if there were 3 blacks on the jury? The secret hands of the Ferguson police manipulating the jurors?
If there is no indictment, I do think that justice will be served well, but that justice is something racebaiters don't want, they want kangaroo courts.

My money would be on it being the scene forensics.
Bodies that are struck, by multiple rounds, on the upper portion tend not to fall face down, heads toward the shooter, if theyre not moving towards the shooter.
Thats how Browns body was found, as can be seen in the photos of him lying dead in the street, with the blood running downhill towards where Ofcr Wilson was.
It seems like basic physics to me. Browns body may have been twisted around various ways by the impacts, but the positioning of his body is an indication that he was moving forward, with some momentum, when he fell. IOW charging at Wilson.
Could it be that the video of the robbery was the decision that made the difference.

It certainly turned the tide of non-black public opinion in a hurry. Whenever I hear “unarmed” teenager, all I can see in my mind’s eye is a very tall & beefy MB with huge arms, grabbing that little store clerk by the shirt/throat. MB was armed all right - matter of fact, he had two of ‘em.
