No, because the GOP are spineless. The should but they won’t.
I think he’d just veto it.......
They can change the rules and only require 51 votes. Reid did it with appointments. Why couldn’t it be done with impeachment(and some guts).
Andrew Johnson impeachment 11 articles of impeachment passed by the H of R. In the senate he was acquitted. Office of Tenure Act - he discharged Edward Stanto without congressional approval. Later the Supreme Court was involved in the elimination of Tenure of Office Act. Once again sorry for the mix up of Johnson and Jackson. But Jackson was censured, but the new senate stripped it from the record.
We need our own version of Nuremberg trials here in America while we have congress. This would go along ways to exposing the left’s war against conservatives and our Constitution.
No one would be exempt, democrats, republicans, independents, media heads, government heads, academia heads, entertainment industry heads, ect., all those that have come together in their unholy silent war to try to bring down our Constitution and thus, our country.

There are not enough fearless patriots in the pubbie party to do any heavy lifting.
I believe the only way owebama is going to be removed is by a military coup. This is likely why he has been systematically purging the officer corps of warriors and patriots.
If he pulls some shiite about not leaving office it will be time for all good men and women to come to the aide of their country.
Impeach? Bwa-hahahahahahahahahaha!!!! Stop, you’re killing me!
Boehner would first have to get Obama’s approval before he would even consider such a thing...
Clinton lied.
Obama defiled the Constitution. He broke an oath to the
Americans and to God.
Will he be impeached? No, the GOP-e are too much like him.
I guess I will just have to wait for God to handle it.
As mentioned in related threads, if citizens who had been deceived by the Progressive Movement hadnt twisted the arms of their state lawmakers to ratify the ill-conceived 17th Amendment in 1913, state lawmakers foolishly giving up their voices in Congress by doing so, I wouldnt be suprised if Obama would have been impeached out of office by this time.
2/3 majority 67 votes. Yes the rules changed by Reid, But the Republicans are honorable and will play by established traditional rules. The problem with Republicans is that they will be going against one of their own - former Senator Barack Obama. The club mentality among Senators is strong they will stand up for one another. Here is the problem the Senators are a clique. Senator Cruz is not part of the Old Guard. Rand Paul is part of the old guard now. He wants to run for president and senate, if he runs for president in his state he will not be able to run for senate too. The law needs to be changed and the legislature in his state is democrat, so he cannot irk the democrats.
Laz probably has a better chance of seeing God.
Unfortunately, no.
In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.

For Obama and his Communist handlers to openly and daringly commit impeachable treason at this time didn’t just happen without careful planning. We just saw this administration take a non event like a white policeman shooting a black thug in self defense and cause our black population to take to the streets in open revolt from one side of this country to the other. How do you think our black population would react if a white Congress and Senate dared to impeach a black President?
I thought our Marxist Communist Democrat Party would attempt to start a Communist Revolution before the 2016 election and Obama could be removed from the Presidency, but I didn’t know until now what the “trigger” for this Revolution could possibly be, and now I think I know; it will be the Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama.
Congress shows us how it intends to get though with Obama.
tough
“grrrrrrrrrrrrrr...”
If only Congress was that CUTE. lol
I hear ya...
No, unfortunately.
The constitution stipulates the votes required to convict.
0 has been replacing top level military leaders. I suspect the people he appoints are loyal to 0. When the time comes for 0 to depart he will gauge the public’s mood then, if he thinks the time is auspicious, he will use the military to stay in power. Mark my words.
