“Bush’s fault.”

You can expect them to try it. So be prepared.

Good point on the butter. Also:

Muslim free-for-all slaughtering on The Ivory Coast in Africa is resulting in increased prices on chocolate and lowered supplies!

Butter is the measure of all things, and can now only be purchased at what the price used to be if there is a pre-holiday sale to get you into the store.

My wife scored 30 pounds at $1.98 each, but otherwise it is never on sale for less than $4.50 around these parts.

I’ve already decided to take the path you describe.

The well-trained Democrat ponders for a moment and exclaims:

Hmm. "Social change" requires more burning towns!

Obama is the “Geological President” because he finds faults that no one else could ever see, and he seems a bit oily as a result.

Stop feeding liberals free meals - that’s a good first step to solving problems in your dining room our your nation.

My family mercifully won't talk politics. They are all Democrats. Unlike most, though, they have enough class not to bring the liberal **** to the dinner table.

A few of them are unhappy with Obama. I will just resist the temptation to say, I told you so.

By the way, are you crazy or just exaggerating for comic effect? Because I can’t tell. You’re a stranger to me.

Lol. I'm new around here. =D Seriously, though. Crazy? I don't think so. Realistic? I hope. Fact is, I believe the only reason we're in the situation we're in is because we've played "nice" for far too long. We pass laws because libturds are too stupid to go it without a law...we add extremely stupid warning labels to everything (who knew a curling iron was only for external use? Apparently libturds) to keep the idiots safe. We've coddled them...we've supported them financially...and now we're here! We have no one to blame but ourselves.

To be honest, those that know me best also know:

1. I don't put up with idiots, and as far as I'm concerned, libturds are idiots, every single one.

2. Mom would know, don't bring an idiot to my house. If I'm going to someone else house and I hear an idiot is going to be there, I won't go.

3. Friends, family and acquaintances are all aware that idiots are NOT welcome in my home, so they generally do not darken my doorstep.

4. If an idiot actually comes to my home, they know better than to open their traps about politics, because the moment they do, they WILL be shown the door.

I've never had to draw on anyone, and I sincerely hope never to need to. The myriad "We don't call 911" and "Right to choose, 911 or 9mm" signs about the house generally have the intended effect.

Bottom line? Family may be family, but they're worthless if they're libturds. And I do have a couple loons in the family tree, and they know PRECISELY where they stand with me. Perhaps if we all started a ZERO TOLERANCE policy, the world would be a better place.

I have a better idea. Instead of arguing with the idiot, hold your tongue. He/she is looking for a fight. Don’t give it to them.

Instead, when they do try to engage, laugh at them and remind them that more liberals watch Fox News than watch MSNBC and CNN combined. They hate that.

You misunderstood...I neither give them the fight, nor hold my tongue. I tell them to get the hell out. Lol.

HA!!! I love it! I WILL do this next time, right BEFORE I tell them to get the hell out. =D

No holiday arguments.

Right you are. There is no fact that will make a liberal sitting at the dinner table say "Oh my, I didn't know that! I guess the conservatives were right after all."

As you noted heartwood, this is a time for family unity, and for prayer.
