No, Brown wanted Officer Wilson to take the Cigarillos. Once he was distracted with the Cigarillos, and had his guard down and the sucker punch could be thrown. That had to be Brown’s intention.

If officer Wilson could be taken out with a punch, that would enable Brown and his accomplice, Dorian Johnson, to escape arrest.

The evil of Brown is unspeakable.
