Leading U.S. CEOs, angered by the Obama administration's challenge to certain 'workplace wellness' programs, are threatening to side with anti-Obamacare forces unless the government backs off, according to people familiar with the matter.
Major U.S. corporations have broadly supported President Barack Obama's healthcare reform despite concerns over several of its elements, largely because it included provisions encouraging the wellness programs.
The programs aim to control healthcare costs by reducing smoking, obesity, hypertension and other risk factors that can lead to expensive illnesses.
A bipartisan provision in the 2010 healthcare reform law allows employers to reward workers who participate and penalize those who don't....

You can be in the hospital for 5 days, and still be considered observation under Obama criteria. The best way to do this is to have someone who has access to the guidelines publish them on the internet. You can then determine what your “symptoms” should be.

I am waiting for the new york times to publish all the IRS employee home addresses like they did for officer Wilson. And to publish the addresses of all executive officers of US coroprations that supported Zer0care. I am sure some health care options that are entirely detrimental to them can be offered with even worse penalties if they refuse. The zer0care splashback would be so sweet.

Maybe these companies can use our help deciding how to make better choices.
And the income tax was only on those in the top 3%....Biz. won’t mind that ‘little’ extra paperwork
Then it was “We’ll allow you to take the benefits off your corp. taxes”.....
Its the worst law since Prohibition, hands down. I wish the GOP would use that slogan.
