Comprehensive immigration reform:
1. Secure our borders and ports and provide verifiable metrics
2. End the anchor-baby interpretation of the 14th Amendment
3. Make eVerify mandatory and enforce it with large fines
4. Reduce legal immigration quotas and end chain migration
5. Deport illegals upon contact with any law enforcement agency
6. No local, state or federal government benefits of any kind
7. Any health and/or other care billed back to the home country
8. Lifetime ban on path to citizenship for anyone who entered illegally
9. Make illegal entry a felony
That is real reform. Anything else is just opening the door wider for more illegal immigration and immigration fraud. I doubt most of the politician’s even know what is in the current Senate bill or it’s impact on immigration.
10) find some way to make above reform irreversible so the US Chamber of Commerce and racial grievance groups can’t buy another congress to undo it.

I’d even take the enforcement of existing laws.
Close the border and stop the access to the dole and see what happens then.

The politicians know exactly what is in the Gang of 8 bill. It almost triples legal immigration over the next decade to 33 million and doubles the size of the guest worker programs to 1.4 million a year. The corporate paymasters are calling the tune. Both parties have abandoned the American worker.

There is no need for “reform”
We need to drastically reduce legal immigration from the current 1.1 million a year and go to a merit based system. Legal immigration is destroying this country.

This is the reality, plain and simple.
And charge felonies to any officer who knowing evades/defrauds the system to allow the hiring of illegals.
I move to amend #8 to read, A lifetime ban on citizenship or legal residency for anyone who entered the US illegally or remained in the US illegally.
Don’t forget: Fines for landlords who rent to people without documentation.
