If the lying sack of human excrement wants to give HIS federal employees a pay raise starting in January 2015, he’ll have to execute an executive order to do so. If that pay raise EO appears in the archives, we can check its “sequence number”. I’m betting it will have a number that exposes the fraudster Obama and his BS about signing an “amnesty” EO.

Of course, Obama could throw HIS federal employees (busy oppressing conservatives) under the bus and NOT give them a pay raise by not doing the necessary EO.
