If it’s the former, HE should be charged with fraud.
If it’s the latter, he needs to explain how he could have gotten it so wrong and he should be fired from MIT and sued for the money we paid him. Then the GOP should repeal Obamacare on the basis that it was a fraud.
So either Gruber is a fraud, or Obamacare is a fraud.
In the end, it’s not his arrogant comments that really matter. It’s his complicity in perpetrating fraud on the American people. Once that nut is cracked, it can go all the way up the food chain because we know Gruber did not act independently. He was part of a very sophisticated team with a very sophisticated plan to pull the wool over our eyes.

The Dr. (Desjardens?) almost got Gruber to admit that he’s a genius....He said, “why are you criticizing yourself? Be truthful and take credit for exposing this for what is it? You did a great job getting this passed...so take some credit.”

Fact is...The guy took a lot of money from the gov’t from people who, without him, would not have passed this POS legislation.
So I guess from here on anyone caught in a lie, can defend their lie as conjecture, expect obama to use this defense, I suppose he could even claim he is not a politician, but was simply trying to make himself seem smarter than he is, I mean if it works for Gruber who is simply a numbers cruncher why would it not work for obama who is simply a community organizer.

Went to visit my democrat grandma and aunt this weekend.. they blurted out they both voted straight R with me not even bringing up politics.
I think the more ‘normal’ rats are waking up to who really runs their party, like we TEA folks did years ago. One can hope, anyway.
