The report finds the CIA lied to Bush about the full extent of its program.

Obama is the only US president to grant immunity for torture.

Either 3 different CIA Heads and at least a dozen lesser officers lied to the US Congress, or those members of Congress are lying about being briefed on the full nature of the Interrogation Program.

The Senate report is:

1. Congress seeking to paint the CIA as the liars

2. Congress (and the left generally) attempting to convince the American People the program (torture) did not and does not work.

All of this is revealed in this single ludicrous claim:

KSM was Waterboarded 183 times and was not broken, did not give up any useful information. And was still giving false information.

I gar an damn tee you those words were never spoken by CIA or anyone else in the National Security Establishment.

That contention was invented out of whole cloth by the Senate Investigators.
