“In our system, no one should be above the law”
Ha, ha, ha, ha. Hypocrisy is the native language of liberals.

If “no one were above the law”, most of the congress, the executive branch, their staff and the communist LIB minions would be either in prison, dead or exiled.

It will be interesting to see where this goes. Before Ferguson, I would have said the likely effects would be a talking point for 2016 for the Democrats and possibly an incentive for additional terror attacks on Americans.
But seeing how the media plus the White House turned a case of a policeman defending himself against a thug trying to kill him into a "national conversation" on police brutality and how black people are being oppressed which has been one of the dominant stories on the MSM for 4 months and counting, I wouldn't be surprised if the media and White House try to build one of their astroturf "grass roots" movements demanding that the chief boogeymen of the Bush administration (GWB, Cheney, Rumsfeld, maybe one or two more) be sent to the Hague to face charges. Just don't know how that would play with the 70% of the public which are not diehard Democrat partisans.

Waterboarding is not patriotic, dont you know, you dont sink to the depravity of your enemy because as Pogo you become just as bad as they are.Since when is water boarding equal to beheading, burning alive or forcing men and women to jump from a burning building? When has the enemy ever employed something as mild as water boarding?

We are better than that. Yes, West is best. The rest can go fly a kite. You don’t get reliable information fro torture. You don’t become a better person treating others like dirt.
