Holder Decrees Crossdressing Protected Under Federal Law
PJ Media ^ | December 19, 2014 | J Christian Adama

Attorney General Eric Holder has issued an edict, through a memorandum, that cross dressing and transsexualism is now protected under federal civil rights laws which were designed to protect women from sex discrimination. Existing federal law provides no statutory support for treating cross-dressers and transsexuals as the law treats female victims of discrimination.

This means that the Justice Department could now, for example, consider the decision by a school or church to not hire a transvestite as a violation of federal law.

Holder ordered that the Department of Justice will stop making arguments in litigation suggesting that transgender people are not covered by Title VII, the federal law that prohibits sex discrimination in employment.

Over 200 Democrat legislators think it requires an act of Congress to change discrimination law so radically, and they are right. That’s why H.R. 1755 was introduced in Congress with scores of co-sponsors. That’s how our legal system works. The fact that this bill was introduced, and has not passed, highlights the lawlessness of Holder’s edict. When someone wants to expand protected classes under civil rights laws, Congress passes a new law. That’s how it works in America. But in the age of Obama, lawlessness is the quicker, more expedient way to impose the views of the outvoted minority onto the rest of the country.

If there are 57 sexes, the word “cross-dressing” really doesn’t cover it with enough nuance.

I think it’s about rallying the LGBTQ special interest group more than Holder or Obama really caring much. I think working transvestites are still fairly rare, but harassment suits by them make the LGBTQ crowd think the government cares about their special concerns.

The Dem coalition depends on nutty, shortsighted single-issue voters whose pet peeves are more important to them than the overall health of the country. In fact, it should be obvious that pandering to all of them at the same time is terrible for the country.

The only place they could find with enough room for them is in the "Barges, Garbage Scows, and Gunboats" display.

1. Pray for our country.
2. When people said that these next two years will be very dangerous, this confirms it.
3. Much more coming, I suspect.

===========================================

1. I will, starting today. Usually I pray for individuals, family and friends. At Mass there is a general prayer for "our leaders" and I always say AMEN to that.

2. I'm not sure why the next two years could be any more dangerous that any other two years. No one has a crystal ball to predict human behavior, let alone national behavior.

3. Of COURSE. When does sin EVER stop? Predicting MORE sin is like predicting sunrises and sunsets.

There is ONLY more sin because our world population is now 7.125 BILLION as of 2013. (Google)
People were not better before nor will they be worse tomorrow. Abraham Lincoln said that human behavior can be modified to some extent but human nature cannot change. That wasn't, isn't or will be "new knowledge."
But, you know all this.

1. This has evidently been in the works for a couple of years.
2. Holder seems to be doing an “in your face” action on his way out the door.

1. Of THAT I have NO doubt.
2. Of THAT I also have NO doubt.

Before 1980: "What I do in my bedroom is none of your business" - Example: "I am a baker"
After 1980: "The first thing you should know about me, is what I like to do with my genitals" - Example: "I am a gay baker"

I am wondering how long it will be until these degenerates will find a way to enact some kind of "clause" or "writ" to allow universal sexual contact with ANYTHING permissible.

Sex with cars--TBA Sex with woodsheds---TBA Sex with XBOXES---TBA Sex with Toothpaste tubes---TBA Sex with cabinets---TBA Sex with lawns---TBA Sex with...ad infinitum...
