Parting Shot: Outgoing Arizona Gov. Brewer Calls Obama A ‘Failed President’ By William La Jeunesse
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, stepping down after six years in office where she was a perpetual thorn in the side of the Obama administration, is leaving with a parting shot -- calling President Obama a "failed president."
"He's been a very big disappointment to me," Brewer told Fox News in an interview. "I think he has done things that certainly we would never have expected any president to do -- by executive order and because he says so."
Brewer has spent the last few years locked in legal battles with the Obama administration and others, largely over provisions in her state's strict immigration bill, SB1070.
Multiple times, the federal courts have rejected provisions in the bill as unconstitutional. Even this week, just days before leaving office, a federal court rejected Brewer's effort to deny driver's licenses to young undocumented immigrants known as "dreamers."
Brewer said her biggest disappointment during her tenure was not getting the Arizona-Mexico border secured -- though she tried with SB1070, which would have made it a crime for immigrants to be in Arizona without the proper papers, before that too was struck down.
Brewer, in the interview, rejected the criticism of those who have called her a racist for supporting the bill.
"Those of us born and raised in the southwest are not racists," she insisted. "Those people are our neighbors. We go to church with us. Their children go to school. They marry into our families. This has nothing to do with racism. The bottom line is the rule of law and what it is doing to our country."

I still recall that famous photo of the Gov.Brewer reading Obama the riot act on that air landing strip. She pointed into his face and pinned his ears back, because of all the stupid things he insisted on doing.

Jan stood up hard for SB1070 and took a lot of junk from all over the world.
She played it well initially: used a hired attorney to defend it, not the Rat AG.
But at every step of the way, the crooked judiciary has sucked up to the Executive: DACA - executive malfeasance for an entire class of people is Constitutional,,but State laws are not?
This will all be laughed at in 20 years as obvious political pandering.
But Jan stood firm. SB1070 helped Arizona immensely: the parade of foreign parasites headed east on I40 and west on I10 gave the state breathing room which has good effect to this day.
Yeah, the Sun City crowd pushed her into the Medicaid thing. Yawn.

That may be, but she is wrong about Obama. He is as successful at what he wanted to do as Reagan was at what he wanted to do. Just as Reagan brought us back and made us strong, Obama has brought us down and made us weak. We may never recover.

But she interprets failed president in the ordinary sense...did he do whats good for the Americans and their country?
We all know the answer to that.
You must ask yourself what you want to recover from.
He is of the belief that communality organizing is for blacks being put in jail.
He is of the belief that blacks are there because of a discriminatory belief that they must turn to crime.
You now understand. They do turn to crime.
Enter the Justice System. Commit a crime, go to jail.

Brewer was pretending to oppose Obama and still puts on the act for the Fox News audience hoping there are “suckers” who will buy it....her actions like Medicaid expansion and vetoing a bill to protect religious business from legal attack by gay militants speak much louder.
She was good, but we expected more because Brewer gave the impression she could.
I have never called the drug-addled thug in our White House a “president”, but he is definitely a failure (unless you assume he was trying to destroy everything decent in America).
She may not have been as conservative as we would have liked - but really, nobody is.

My view on Christie in NJ in a nutshell; he isn’t perfect, but if you lived under the freakshows before him, he is a godsend. The taxpayers rally to him, and he has all the right enemies.
Oh, I understand, and he works well for NJ, (relatively speaking) - but you really wouldn't want him as a President, would you?
I would not want Christie for president, though we could certainly do worse. I like his position on taxes and abortion, but disagree with the illegal alien issue. He (and many others) take a narroew-minded approach that without illegal aliens, the northeast would be a ghost town.
