There is not a credible historian on the planet that would deny the life of Jesus on earth.
Clearly, something happened, more significant than anything in history, two thousands years ago that changed the world.
O’Hara’s evil nature was paid back in full with the horrible way she died at the hands of a serial killer, which was well deserved.
When Jesus comes back he will bring a sword. Peace will only come after Satan and his followers have been destroyed by Him.
Christianity doesn’t preach violence and killing!
“Wow Bob. You seem to comfortable in the skin God gave you.
Let me know how it feels after global warming with no Jesus.”
I take from your comment that you think ‘Bob’ is an atheist? Bob is Robert Spencer who wrote the article about Jeffrey Taylor’s attack on the existence of Jesus Christ. “Bob’ is not the problem. Jeffrey’ is.
“There is plenty of historical evidence that Jesus existed. The Bible is a good starting point.”
Yep, and how about the evidence that exists today, healings, miracles, etc, the 9 manifestations of the Holy Spirit:
1 Corinthians 12:3-11
Not likely.
Jesus is as established as are victims of false witness and fabricated court prosecutions and fanciful executive orders of chaos.
So, I have a question. Why would the 12 apostles and the early martyrs die for someone who didn’t exist?
Not to mention that the Roman’s destroyed much of the contemporaneous records.
Plus, this article is deeply and cynically wrong.
Another obnoxious hater of Christianity.
(Also known as a revolutionary smirking his way to absolute power.)
IMHO
“Hey, everybody, I have an idea. Let’s reset the calendar of the entire modern world based on something that never happened! Who’s in?”
Wow, rarely does one see ‘beclowns’ in proper context. Kudos and extra points for being well played.
God be praised for that! I marvel at His great patience...
I appreciate your reply,
“Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:13-14
