The easiest way to increase cloud formation is to increase particulates - go backto burning dirty coal without stack scrubbers.

That, and figure out what ‘happened’ in 2006 to cause the Atlantic to go to sleep, and why the Pacific is suddenly so active. Chinese particulates in the atmosphere seeding moisture as the globe spins round.

The West removed particulates while China is pumping them by the nationload. Hurricane activity and lack of has proven this.

Mud pumps will also work OK....as the greenies will shut down oil drilling

Where? From dilithium crystals of course.

They’re barely keeping the lights on over there. I doubt this is going anywhere other than new taxes.

Water is a main cause of green house effect. But nothing like salt aerosols to destroy crops and everything like at the Aral sea.
Check it out, these people are going to kill us all.

Here's a much better idea; simply grow the topsoil of the U.S. by 1/2 inch. That would absorb as much CO2 as China emits---if China wants to give us a lot of their CO2, why should we complain? CO2 coverts to biomass...China burns coals, the prevailing winds bring us their CO2, and we grow biomass with it.

idea thanks to Freeman Dyson

Oops, make that 1/100 of an inch, not 1/2 inch.

Simply adding 1/100" to American topsoil would absorb all the Chinese CO2. And they send it to us free on the wind!

These people only see problems, whereas genius types like Freeman Dyson see opportunity.

Don't listen to dullards who haven't progressed past the Edwardian age.

Do not F-— with mother nature. She is a vicious, vengeful, vicarious, very bitch on a good day. Do not make her mad, if you do, she will show her bad side. It is not nice.

And have they calculated how much energy is required to run those pumps and what they will burn to supply that energy?

Shouldn’t engineers be doing this if people expect it to work?

Engineers know the effect of Garbage-In, Garbage-Out when using computer models.

The infamous 97% scientists haven't cottoned on to this effect yet, and it would hurt their grant money stream anyway.

Where do we get the energy to pump it? Coal? Cold fusion? Free energy?

Solar, of course....until you make the clouds thicker, then solar no longer works, meaning it needs more funding so it can work when there is less sunlight, so they can fund projects to reduce cloud thickness to make solar more viable.

Did I miss something??

Or have the human race somehow began to mutate “gills”???

Ohhhh, wait...I know...

These scientists must have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before this went to press...

Yep, that has to be it...

On the bright side, we could give all these climate change experts an improved outlook on life by the application of salt water enemas every day. At the very least, their crappy outlook on living would improve.

Yes, let's have the erf covered in clouds, so that all the crops die, due to lack of sunlight. That'll be a twofer for the environ-MENTAL-ists: global warming will be reduced, and billions of us nasty people will die of starvation.

This is not the first time such lunacy has been proposed.

Cloud ships and artificial trees could offer last hope to save climate, say British experts

Ane they have no right to call themselves scientists.
