Yes, I'd say that for about $1.5 Billion, Karl can throw a memorable and convincingly close campaign that will achieve the desired result of business as usual, hands-across-the-aisle, perks all-around, amnesty for all sort of show. He will achieve all of this and more! In fact, given enough money Karl can make it look like a fight, while graciously assigning all government responsibility to the Democrats!
