NYPD Commissioner William Bratton said Sunday it was “very inappropriate” for police offers to turn their backs on Mayor de Blasio as he delivered a eulogy for a fallen hero cop.
“I certainly don’t support that action yesterday. I think it was very inappropriate at that event,” Bratton said on “Face The Nation” Sunday.
“That funeral was held to honor Officer (Rafael) Ramos and to bring politics, to bring issues into that event was very inappropriate and I do not support it.”

It is also a hopeful sign that police are not in lockstep with gub’mint stooges. If they will dis a marxist slime-ball over one of their own, there may be hope that they won’t be the fist for the commies in later developments - especially in NY.

Well, maybe the Police Commissioner could comment on the inappropriateness of the then-candidate-for-Mayor using trashing the NYPD as a foil/scapegoat to help him win the Democrat nomination.
THEN comment on the inappropriateness of the Mayor endorsing the anti-cop protests (or at least the basis underlying the protests) by telling the public that he'd had to talk to his son about how to avoid being injured/killed by racist cops.
